A one to one Online Hypnobirthing Taster Session with Mamakind will introduce you to a whole new way of thinking in regards to your pregnancy and birth. This is a private hour long session taught over Zoom with plenty of time to ask any questions you might have! Our Online Hypnobirthing Taster Session will cover: - The power of words - The science of birth and the logic behind Mamakind Hypnobirthing - Breathing techniques - A Relaxation - Questions and discussions Please keep in mind that I'll be teaching you this course over Zoom, so you will need a Zoom account (don't worry, it won't cost anything to set up!)
