Are you coming to the end of your pregnancy and as it gets closer, labour feels like a looming, dreadful, but necessary ordeal you'll need to get through to meet your baby? Don't worry, there's still time to change that, Mama!

This course will leave you feeling excited for labour to kick off, because you'll be reassured in the knowledge that the journey to meeting your baby for the first time can be a comfortable and empowering experience.

I'll come to you and in this four hour session (don't worry, we'll take a half-time break!) we'll cover all the key elements you need to achieve a wonderfully positive labour and birth.

 

Please be aware that this isn't a full hypnobirthing course, however; the course booklet and notes you receive will complement what you learn and I'll be on hand for guidance and support by email and phone right up until baby arrives.
